I pay this 2 hours tribute each time I’m in Bandung. Perfect exercise. Perfect place. Perfect (early morning) time. Perfect people. Perfect country.

Imagine how the humans will look like after 1 million year’s evolution. After riding bicycle all the time. Every day. 

The human body would surely adapt. Adapt to the bicycle. Using natural selection mechanism. 

Result: Perfectly adapted creature! Very long and strong legs. Missing ass! Aerodynamic and compact body shape. Design that presents very little resistance to a flow of air…

Now I understand the source of my ass incredible pain! When I'm cycling: Evolution Is Underway! :)))

In the deep and apparently poor jalan tikus (rat streets) in Jakarta. In the remote villages in East Java mountains. In the beautiful canals of Banjarmasin in Borneo. In the deep forest in Lombok. Or on the majestic Toba lake shores in Sumatra. Everywhere. Everywhere. I am flooded by thousands smiling faces, by joy of their eyes, and their unlimited kindness and hospitality.

Simple, modest and humble life. Living at the present moment. Trust in few but very strong values (God, Family, Friends and Health). Is that a Magic Formula for the Human Happiness?
