Hindu Religion. Number One. By far !!!

I come from a Christian Culture. I'm living in a Muslim one. Every time I visit Bali I'm breathless seeing that so many people are spending so much time here on their religious activities!  

Religions! This amazing Lost of Time, Lost of Energy, Lost of Money and Resources. To worship and celebrate one or many Gods!

Each religion has a different, more or less complicated rules, procedures, ...all related rites!

But the "Number One" in complication. Complexity. Time-spending. Is the Hindu religion! 

Surprised? Probably not! Hindu. They have so many Gods to take care and worship. All the time! 

Religions. Lost of time? Maybe? 

BUT I LOVE IT!!!

This apparently stupid lost of energy is in reality such a fantastic use of hidden human brain capacities! So romantic! Full of fantasy. Full of symbols. Sacred stories. Narratives. No limits! We can do everything for our Religion! 

All these activities resulting by fantastic Works of Arts. Music. Poetry. Dance. Architecture. Craft....

This apparent lack of utility liberate a gigantic  amount of human energy! And Creativity! We stop our "day to day" work and we do something ....amazingly beautiful. Pure Joy! Pure Fantasy! Pure Happiness!

For that. This quantity and density of Fantasy, Hindu religion is again the Number One. 

By far !!!
